Thanks! This is very good method and only way to frp bypass LG V20 now. The other method using email loophole has been closed as google doesn't allow use of LG email anymore. Instead of using google maps/navigation, you can just go to frp bypass site and click on google quick search box to start file manager/quickshortcutmaker. That saves some time.

I can confirm that this method up to the 7:34 mark, then reboot to bootloader, then recovery mode and wipe device will actually produce the request for the PIN you just set. Once you get past that there is still a lock on the top left but you can then skip the Google account login screen. Then the lock is gone. Done deal!

YES! Worked for me! One change however: at 13:09 there was no "Connect to Wifi" screen because I was already connected - it bypassed the screen, so I can't skip. I found this workaround: after I enable Google Play Services at 12:57, I go back 3 screens but then go into Network settings and "Forget" my wifi network. Then when I go back to the setup Wizard, I get the network screen and can skip and move forward.
